INNER AREA
The Mundo Residencial segment was designed to provide, with its 256 residential units, a large facility layout with living room/one bedroom, living room/two bedroom and loft apartments, all with balconies and a hydro massage bathtub possibility. On the 26 floors, 20 choices of plants with sizes ranging from 40 to 90 square meters are distributed.
Aiming at the wellbeing and quality of life for its users, the Mundo Residencial has, on the playground, a large party room and play area, and on the top floor, an deck on two levels, with an amazing panoramic view. The residential tower also offers a gym with spa and swimming pool with two lanes, integrated with the gourmet space with a cellar, lounge and private cinema, games room and cyber room for moments of entertainment.

The project’s security is guaranteed by the exclusive entrance on the ground floor, accessed by four elevators and an exclusive floor with parking in G1 – system properly monitored by video cameras.
The Mundo Empresarial has incorporated the final segment requested by the program. This executive tower was designed with 704 business rooms 29 to 830 m2, with flexible layout for different adjustments and individualized climate control systems. The Business Center has modular rooms that can reach 407 square meters and a foyer with 182 square meters of space for cocktail receptions and events. The large reception hall on the ground floor offers a waiting room, control and security system.
The challenge presented by the complex multipurpose proposal led to solutions of harmonic balance. This compliance was achieved through forms subtly worked, in geometric or curve shapes, accompanied by reflective coatings with large structural glass panels, shaded by light-colored terraces of the Mundo Residencial.
In addition to concentrating the possibilities for home, work and entertainment, the enterprise has the Mundo Service, responsible for managing the Mundo Plaza multipurpose complex. In addition to management, it offers various services in order to meet all the needs of its users: from reception and concierge, going through security, and parking to the tidying up of apartments and a minor repairs and maintenance center.
