Built in an area with 14.662 m2 and located in the Portugal Square, in Fortaleza, the mall has made the success of multi-use in large urban centers. With a prime location, the project was developed with garages in the basement on top with a shopping distributed on five floors of shops. Incorporating this commercial center, a business center was designed with 480 rooms that can be accessed either the mall, and the main street access.
