Part is located in the city of Maxaranguape and another part in Ceará Mirim, transversally cut by the
Maxaranguape River, about 50 km north of the city of Natal in Rio Grande do Norte. The area has 4.2 kilometers facing the sea and 6 km towards the BR-101. The venture was set up for different uses which high
light the hotelier, the unit-and multi-residentials with low and medium density, commerce and services, besides entertainment and leisure, which are associated with golf, the infrastructure and services to support condominium activities.

In the final stage of licensing, the condominium will include various businesses and hotels with 3,100 UH
(housing units), 17 residential condominiums, Five projects aimed towards commerce and services, as well as leisure with areas designated to sports and shows. The use of the parks was developed with the objective of preserving the existing vegetation and the dune park, were there are two golf fields with 18 holes each planned out.
