Strategically deployed in an area of 104,796.73 m2, with primary and secondary access through the Rotary Road and Avenue Albert Schweitzer, the project considered the importance of a Wal-Mart Stores on its tangent as a known destination in the region. The concept adopted for the project incorporated the linear development, adjusting to the rectangular shape of the land distributed on three floors, L1, L2 and L3, with parking concentrated in a garage (underground) and connected parking deck to park.
